CRAB STICKS AND MUSHROOMS SOUP

A bowl of soups is always the ideal beginning of a perfect meal. If you cook at home, remember this recipe for the soup !

Materials:

  • 04 Mayumi crab sticks
  • 5 Đông Cô Mushrooms
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 spoons of corn starch
  • 3 pork shoulders
  • 2 eggs
  • Spices: pepper, salt, cilantro

Processing:

  • Step 1: Buy Mayumi crab sticks. Bofore processing, you can defrost these crab sticks for 1 hour . After defrosting, you can tear crab sticks into strips. (Mayumi crab sticks are made into longitudinal strips, so it's easy to tear them into strips.)
  • Step 2: Boil water with pork shoulders.
  • Step 3: Wash and soak Đông Cô mushrooms with some of cornstarch. Peel carrot and cut it into small pomegranates.
  • Step 4: Separate the egg white and dissolve
  • Step 5: When the water is boiling, add carrots and simmer. Put the mushrooms into hot water in a few minutes later. Taste it until you feel it good. Cook for about 5 minutes and slowly pour the egg white into the soup. Finally, add the corn starch and stir well.
  • Step 6: Put the Mayumi crab sticks into the soup, then heat until it hot and add the coriander to the soup to be more attractive.

(***)  Note: Mayumi crab sticks are already good tasted, suitable for many people's taste. So you do not need to add spices to Mayumi crab sticks any more!
